You are responsible for reading all polices at Tresonsweaves before booking and purchasing.
Tresonsweaves virgin hair is full of density with thick wefts. All hair orders are properly wrap and ship with a small gift.
You may submit your orders anytime, however allow 5-7 business days to ship. Tresonsweaves reserve the right at our discretion to make any changes to prices, policies and procedures.
DISCLAIMER
At Tresonsweaves NO virgin hair is included in the price for weave installation. If you’re using used extensions properly sort out extensions with them washed and dry before appointment.
All orders and services are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return , exchange or store credit.
SALON POLICIES
At Tresonsweaves all clients are expected to come wash, detangled and blow-dried, however if NOT feel free to add wash and blow dry to your service, it can be found under the tab (additional service)
Secondly choose the style that best accommodate hair type (example)
If the hair is shorter than two inches, we will NOT be able to braid it.
All clients are expected to be no later than 15 minutes for appointment if so, please inform ahead or possibly reschedule.
When booking for braids or twist the price will vary based on the length, however the original base price is displayed. Moreover, if you are requesting longer than usual an additional charge will apply. ($75| $180
Example: waist length/knee length braids/ longer.
Braiding hair, inky twist hair, and passion twist hair is provided and will be included in charge for all feed-in braids, , Senegalese twist, passion twist and straight backs. (Natural colors such color 1 ,1b 2 ,3 and 4). ombre colors and solid colors extra ($25) please notify colors desired upon booking if not natural colors
Again For all braiding styles braiding hair /passion twist HAIR will always be INCLUDED.

Third when you book an appointment and PAY in full if you should cancel the money will NOT be refundable however store credit will apply for different booking date.
when booking leave any request you may have such as hair color and length.
Ensure you are satisfied before leaving service appointment, however calling 1-2 weeks after to make adjustments an additional charge will apply due to significant time being passed.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required for all clients to be booked; however deposits are not refundable upon cancellation.
If cancel a new deposit is required to book again. Deposits can be paid through PayPal, cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay.
You are not booked until deposit is paid.
